Aspect Automation has designed and/or integrated fluid handling and dispensing into numerous automation systems, with dispense volumes ranging from pico-liter high-frequency (utilizing piezo-electric technology) to large-scale systems delivering liters per minute.
Our dispensing technologies include:
- positive displacement pumps (many types)

- fixed volume, pressure differential filling (vacuum filling)
To verify that dispensing or filling operations are performed properly and accurately, we offer:
- visual inspection (dot presence sensing to measured fill heights)
- weight-based inspection (micro-gram to tons)
- flow sensing inspection (milliliters per minute to liters per second)
Aspect has experience dispensing many different types of materials, including:
- various fluid viscosities, from 1 centipoise to several thousand
- solvent-based, water-based, and gels across the full range of the pH scale
- solutions, suspensions, and/or 100% non-volatiles, including mixing technologies
- Newtonian and non-Newtonian rhealogical characteristics
- proportional mixing of fluids, mixing of fluids and solids

- fluid characteristics from parenteral drug requirements to abrasive slurries
